Thorough, answers all questions, always has a smile, never rushes, an absolute professional. I actually look forward to seeing her when I have an appointment. Baylor needs to hang on to Crystal she Is one of the best assets they have. Crystal is the reason I'm in good health right now. She made sure I got the surgery I needed quickly. Others wanted to wait, thankfully Crystal moved it along and I received two stents. I feel so much better today because of her and I know she will always have my best interest.
