The reception staff was very inviting. The nurse who took me to the examining room was cordial and comforting since my BP was first too high, then she waited a bit to check it again. Very comforting as well. Doctor Verrepan was cordial, informative and answered all my questions. A very good visit!

“I believe he knows what he's tal...”

I believe he knows what he's talking about. That is the most important thing. But, he could be a better listener and might be softer in his approach. Most of the news he has to share is depressing, so anything he can do to make the experience better would be appreciated.
