The provider answered my questions but didn't offer different solutions. I asked about changing my medication and she did that but couldn't tell me which one might work best for me.

My experience in general has been poor lately in general.

They went over my mri with me which isnt a bad thing. This shouldn't be the first time she has looked it it however. I shouldn't feel as is this is the first time she has looked at.my chart. They have had over six months to review this information. They have had a chance to be well versed in intricatecies of my mri, xray and other information. This was insulting to me and shows a general disregard and lack of respect for me as a patient and as a person. I am not a number.

I had input, Connie went over several types of treatment, she was very personable and informative

She flat out lied on my visit. Said I did not complain of any urinary or bowel issues when my last two visits to the ER was for that reason. It's a difference between asking or not asking. She just documented what she felt because she did not ask me. Even put down the wrong referring provider so she just showed she didn't care for the visit because it was not surgery worthy and I didn't know that place was for that. The hospital sent me. If you going to lie at least don't let it conflict with the info that you had pulled up in your face on mychart. 2 ER visit on the same day but I'm not complaining of any issues, they didn't disappear!
