More info: Cancellation Policy: NBBS requires 24-hour notice before a scheduled appointment for rescheduling or cancellation. Rescheduling requests or cancellations made without 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of $200 (teachers/educators are exempt from this fee). No-shows without any notice will be charged a fee of $200. Two no-shows consecutively will result in the termination of services.
