I was assisted right away upon arrival at the clinic, got in and saw the Dr very shortly afterwards. Everybody was kind, friendly and attentive as well as respectful. The exam itself was thorough.

The appointment I will be fully charged for, would have taken 5 minutes with Dr. Kim...had I not prompted him to provide more information. Asking him... "for a patient like me (heart attack last year, blood clots, coming off medication) what guidance or instruction do you have". His answer was not very thought out or helpful. He spent more time looking at the computer than looking at me. I feel like I did not get what I will be paying for and talked to the service desk immediately after the appointment to shift to another male doctor moving forward. Unfortunately, none are currently accepting new patients. I will not be scheduling another appointment with Dr. Kim.

This appointment was my first visit with Dr. Kim. My previous PCP retired, and Dr. Kim agreed to accept me into his practice. I am very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, thoroughness, empathy, demeanor, and positive approach. He is actively managing my healthcare requirements. I look forward to continuing this journey with Dr. Kim and his staff.
