This was a specialty care appointment, (endocrinology), our appointment was scheduled a few months out due to availability, but that's to be expected with specialist. I appreciated getting xray done and then seeing the provider again to determine if more tests were needed, rather than getting the xray and waiting for a call later. I also really appreciated them ordering the numbing cream and applying it on the possible locations for my son's blood draws. It made the whole lab work experience much better and easier.
