It was nice to see Chay back after her injury and surgery! It took courage for her to come back to help others, when it is clear to me that she, is still physically hurting. But what I have observed of Chay is that she has been eager to return since the day she was injured. I have a great deal of respect for her determination, I appreciate her consistent kindness, and she was very considerate of me as always. She paused in her preparation for my injection to listen to, and discuss with me, some things I needed her to be aware of in reference to the pain in my shoulder. The injection was wisely placed and gave a noticeable amount of relief by the following day.

Chay is one of the most outstanding PAs I have ever dealt with. She exhibits exceptional patient care. She takes time to listen intently and offers her opinion for the best course of action. She then allows me to make decisions for a path forward and helps structure the care plan accordingly. Always a professional, she also shows compassion, kindness and a friendliness toward her patients.

I have always liked and appreciated Chay. I feel as though I can talk with her without hesitation. She communicates with me and talks me through available options. She also keeps me informed step by step during the treatment so that I know exactly what she is doing in the given moment. I appreciate that openness and her concern that I be aware of exactly what is happening, so that I don't move at the wrong moment. In this and other ways Chay makes the visit pleasant and keeps me safe.
