Again, Chay Shipley, PA was on point, found my problem immediately, and started me on a road to elevate pain and help me attain better mobility.

When she came in and introduced herself she asked what I was dealing with on my pain and listened to my review of my history dealing with my knee pain. She did an exam to identify exactly what and where I am in need of treatment. The second she started going over my x-rays she made everything very clear and made sure I knew what was going on inside my knees. She then started to go over all the possible treatments and what each one would do for me and an estimate on how long it would last. She made sure to tell me the side effects that might happen with my diabetes. She listed to my concerns and answered all my questions making sure I was making an informed decision. After a decision was made she went over what steps we would take to get the treatment done as quickly as possible. I could not have been more pleased with how she treated me and talked to me making sure I knew what was going on and gave me the choices and then I chose how to proceed.

Dr. Shipley takes the time to explain all concerns and is very thoughtful and listens to all my issues.. She asks questions to try to find any solutions that may help her determine the next steps to solve the problems.
