Dr. Fencil is a very astute physician. He Listens and respond in a way that you trust his medical knowledge implicitly. He has been my primary care physician for a few years now and I am very impressed with him and his medical knowledge. He is both kind and respectful of me and whatever condition I'm talking with him about. When I leave his office, I always feel genuinely cared for.
