Really uncanny how good her memory is for details of which tests we had discussed, etc., asking me follow-up questions. She must have an eidetic memory. And she is so personable and respectful. She makes me feel as if my input about my symptoms/conditions is relevant and intelligent. She listens well while moving the conversation along, and was able to find relevant information about my file quickly on her computer. She is very knowledgeable and her recommendations are always spot-on
