Chandra Kersey was very thorough and kind. My 15 yr old daughter came in for a biopsy for vasculitis. My daughter has an anxiety disorder which makes communication difficult, especially in a medical setting. Ms Kersey was patient with her every step of the way. She answered all of our questions and concerns and didn't make us feel rushed. She is amazing!!
