“The provider treat me really goo...”

The provider treat me really good after a really bad experience in the hospital. I really did not want to be there but she ensured me that me that we were a team. I felt like I was a part of my health care needs. But at Good Samaritan I felt all but one doctor didn't include me in any of me medical decisions or asked any questions at all.
