Dr Zhang is phenomenal. She takes a great deal of time to understand your concerns and make sure that she has addressed them and while this does often translate into delays (as an example she was 20 minutes late for my appointment) I am willing to take those delays because I know she takes the time to spend with me to truly understand my concerns. She is so warm and caring.
