I can't sing Casey's praises loudly or more emphatically enough she has an innate ability to not only listen with compassion but also due to her knowledge, instills confidence that she understands and cares enough to follow through with whatever needs to be done to get to the root of the problem and solve it. She is in a word TERRIFIC! An excellent representative of both the clinic & the hospital. In addition I found every member of the staff both professional and more importantly extremely kind and personable.
