“Excellent Physical Therapist”
My right shoulder was replaced on 8 Oct 2008. I began working with Carla Cherney 3 days afterwards; we met 3x/week for two months then 2x/week for two months, then 1x/week for 2 months. I can now throw a ball, play golf, shoot a right-handed basketball jump shot...things I have been unable to do since the cartledge decided to give up the ghost. A large measure of thanks for this goes 1) to the surgeon Dr. Shaffer and 2) the therapist Carla. She worked me hard...a regime which included excersises taking 90 minutes a night. We worked gradually every muscle i the shoulder; everything was planned. She really knows her craft, knows how to deal muscle by muscle, tendon by tendon with the shoulder. And, she has empathy and people's skills that make you want to do your best for her. I can highly recomment Ms. Charney to anyone. You are welcoe to contact me
