Dr Queen is always quick to answer questions or respond to my inquiry- usually via My Chart. Thankfully I am usually healthy and don't need advisement often. I feel that we are both limited in our depth of time pursuing issues by virtue of what insurance will cover. Dr Queen is knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate.
