She provided me with one very valuable item, namely, that I should use the CPAP even for naps because I stop breathing (apparently when not in deep sleep, either). I had not been doing this and now I am.

C Jamie Karlotski CRNP is a great provider. She's caring, covers everything in our appointments, and answers all my questions if I have any. It's one of the appointments I enjoy as I never have to wait. Dr. Karlotski is always on time and is always concerned about how well I am making out with my sleep apnea.
