From the moment Brittney Benson walked into the exam room, she was very curt - borderline impatient, like she had other people to attend to. I explained my concerns, expressed my complaints...but they weren't listened to. At the end of the visit, she handed me a clipboard and a form and told me to fill it out and turn it in to the front desk, and to have a good day. No instructions, no invitation to stay in the room to fill it out. I was handed the form and she just left me there, in the room, with the door open.
