“He stated cast was needed, no ot...”

He stated cast was needed, no other option, then when my son became upset and anxious about casting, he said it wasn't necessary and wouldn't recommend sedation or any other steps to complete the casting and referred us out. He seemed not to know or care about my sons autism or sensory difficulties with medical procedures or be able to handle them. Very upsetting for both of us.
