“The intake person (I've forgotte...”

The intake person (I've forgotten his name) was very cordial and asked me relevant questions about the nature of my visit. Dr. Murphy was very pleasant and had reviewed my history prior to examining me. I asked about treatment options for the pain I was experiencing, Dr. Murphy suggested some conservative, non invasive procedures first to see how they worked, but advised me of other surgical procedures that may offer more permanent relief. I scheduled another appointment in six weeks with him to assess further treatment.
