“My appointment was a routine exa...”
My appointment was a routine exam during which I wished to discuss hormone replacement. This was my first visit with Dr. Monks. Not only did he spend considerable time getting to know me and my medical history, he spent quite a bit of time discussing hormone replacement with me. I had done considerable research prior to my visit, but I was still very much on the fence about whether or not it was right for me. Dr. Monks introduced me to many different approaches we could take, as well as the possible side effects. He listened very closely and treated me respectfully at all times. We finally settled on a gradual approach to figuring out what would work best for me. I have had only great experiences within the BaylorScott&White system and am thoroughly impressed. Keep up the great work!
