Dr. Lockhart is an excellent provider. He ordered several procedures and when I checked on the pre-authorizations 2 weeks later, nothing had been started. In addition to that, I had to speak to several people because they all tried to push the pre authorization process off to another health network. This ordeal took me approx 3 hours on the phone with multiple calls. Fortunately the procedure that I need isn't an emergency. Typically when it Is ordered, It Is. We alotted additional time to ensure Insurance would approve it. NOT a Dr. Or the actual visit issue, but rather the follow through on orders.

Even though I had to wait a bit for Dr Lockhardt, it was definitely worth it. I'm treated like a person and not just another patient he has to fit into his busy schedule.
