My husband was on crutches and I had a baby and toddler getting flu shots. Very accommodating! And kind.

Dr Starnes was great! First Time we have seen him, So we didn't know who he was or what to expect. We both really liked him and would definitely see him again! Also, there was a glitch in the telephone system that morning, which is why I rated the ease of scheduling out of three. When I couldn't get through on the phone, I called the care team to ask a question and the woman I spoke to was able to schedule me right there, which was unexpected and extremely appreciated!

Dr. Starnes has seen my children occasionally for ten years- my first born in 2013, and my 3rd born 2023. Dr. Starnes spent good amount of time with us during routine checkup, knew about I (mother's) health and info regards to breastfeeding while taking medications, reassured me. He verbally articulated what he observed during check- up (some providers do not, and assume that because this is my 3rd child, I know what I am doing and therefore have fewer concerns.) Dr. Starnes listened well, and respectfully advised about my reservations about certain vaccination. He also provided info about help our family could look into, as job loss has affected our income and affording food. In routine surveys before checkups- other Drs.did not address this- when I selected that in the last 6 months, our family has sometimes been unable to afford food. Also, other Drs. Have not asked about my (mother's) mental health, when I have filled out in the well-child exam survey that I have felt depressed at times. Dr. Starnes exhibits care for both the child and their caregivers.

None. Dr. Starnes has been our pediatrician for 12 years. We love him. He has a great bedside manner, and Swedish should be happy to have such a great physician.

Doctors, nurses and staff are so nice , respectful, patient and helpful. I highly recommend them.
