My Interaction with the nursing assistant and physician was very personable and friendly. However, when checking In, the receptionist lacked warmth. I approached her with a smile and a "Good morning." She simply asked for my name and birth date, confirmed the appointment, and told me where to wait - no warmth In her voice or facial expression.
