She has been my primary care physician since 1989, when I was a young woman with two young children and another on the way. I will be 70 on my next birthday in March. Dr. Post has helped me to navigate those years with her kind, generous, smart counsel. I mourn the day she will retire, and I celebrate my good fortune in having been under her care for nearly 40 years.
