“The visit that prompted this sur...”
The visit that prompted this survey was post-surgery wound care. It was very thoughtful and considerate. There were several visits prior. First to identify the surgical need. Here Dr. Marlowe was expert in both assessment and explanation. Further, she assisted in assessing a second medical issue under-addressed by my primary care provider....Demonstrating her total regard for patient care and well-being. I found this to be remarkably caring and thoughtful. Subsequent to the surgery, there was a wound status visit. Here again, her attention and thoughtfulness led to an alternative wound remediation. That effort greatly helped healing and led to this visit. I am confident this wound will heal well, particularly because of the exceptional attention to detail and quality of care. I feel incredibly lucky to have this group as my care providers.
