“Provider was very kind and knowl...”
Provider was very kind and knowledgeable however...Provider struggled to understand issue and when told that they were misunderstanding, continued to give advice based on the misunderstanding despite me trying to explain again. Provider then relayed the incorrect information to another provider.This made the next information given to me more difficult to trust Lab results referenced at this appointment seemed to be from a previous appointment and I am left uncertain If the advice Is still relevant.
