Overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The technician was superb, explaining the process fully. Very patient and pleasant. I met the nurse virtually, which is not my way to interact with Healthcare professionals. Dr. Shah was excellent. His mannerism is commendable. Very patient, very informative and professional.
