Good experience here! I do wish the team would have called me with my results from the testing they ordered though, instead of just finding out from MyChart with no explanation.

“I have had several appointments ...”

I have had several appointments and two procedures with Dr. Lopez Cortes in the last 6 months. He is thorough in his assessment and recommendations and I very much appreciate his focus on minimally invasive procedures as a first option. Options were thoroughly explained to me and my questions answered in detail, when necessary. In my experience, Dr. Lopez Cortes has gone above and beyond to ensure continuity of care (EX: seeing me in the ED & participating in post-surgery follow ups to remove staples). I know this would not happen in a larger healthcare system and I appreciate this since each encounter allowed me to ask questions directly of my provider.
