Everything was good, but the provider did not put any clinical notes in my chart about how to remove stitches. Continued care on the wound, and a refresher on what the game plan is.

This was my second visit with this provider. Felt dismissed at different points, especially after first visit. Didn't feel the most comfortable/ approachable. I wish provider included more in the after visit notes on mychart to be able to reference back to and also, wish they were a more accurate picture of what was discovered. It wasn't terrible overall but I definitely will not recommend.

Dr Zach was wonderful! He was very thorough with my skin check. He also called me with my results and went over everything and will see me back in three months. His kindness and thoroughness means a lot! I am very happy he is in Decorah.

Very professional & was successful in this complete removal of cancerous lesion that was found by biopsy of another provider. Appreciate his care. It is hard to get in to see him in a timely manner but he made it work & I greatly appreciate it
