Dr. Pandey has an excellent bedside manner. I can tell he is listening to my concerns and that he cares. He answers my questions and explains treatment options thoroughly and clearly. He involves me in my own care planning. I feel respected and included. He was very considerate of my limitations with child care when I had to bring my children to an appointment with me and did not make me feel badly or make me reschedule. I respect and appreciate Dr. Pandey's quality and compassionate care. He is the first primary care physician I have ever really liked and wanted to stick with.

The Doctor was excellent. Extremely nice, concerned and I felt he really helped me with all of my concerns. He went out of his way to help me with insurance questions, health issues and all concerns were addressed. I was highly impressed that he had reviewed my chart and visit from the previous day at Duly Urgent Care by the time I came to my appointment.Overall a really great experience and GREAT and caring doctor.
