Extremely unhelpful. If you do not fit her one-size-fits-all advice from the once a month seminar she requires you to attend before scheduling an appointment, she's useless. She refuses to try anything new, different, radical. Her advice is always the same. Take Miralax. And her response time is beyond unacceptable (7-21 days to get any kind of response back from her/UCSF Pediactric Urology department.
