Anna communicated clearly and seemed to be very competent. I left the urgent care clinic feeling much less stressed, because the whole experience was comfortable. I had put off going for several days because of ongoing hiccups with billing, transitioning to new insurance and that sort of thing. It was too much of a pain (in the brain) to go get the help & reassurance I needed with regard to the pain (in my body).

Anna Elene Schrodt APRN was very friendly and welcoming when she introduced herself to me. She actively listened to my concerns and didn't seem rushed when asking me questions. She was very thorough when explaining her recommendations for treating my illness. After a few on-site tests and X-rays, Anna Elene Schrodt APRN returned to the room and reviewed the After Visit Summary with me. This was very helpful. I was very pleased with the services I received from Anna Elene Schrodt APRN and I would recommend her to family and friends.
