“Angie is the saving grace of my ...”

Angie is the saving grace of my in-person experience with the midwifery group. She delivers the professional but warm care I was expecting. She is gentle: during my IUD insertion, she narrated each aspect while giving me space to give enthusiastic consent/confirm my comfort levels and lack of pain.
