Amber was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened and responded to all my questions and seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and what I had to say. She made sure I was not hurried or rushed throughout our visit giving me plenty to time to talk or respond. She did not give the impression that she was in a hurry to get me out of there or that I was taking up too much of her time. That impressed me a lot. She encouraged me to call with any concerns or questions and that was reassuring to know. Overall great visit!
