I had stopped going for my yearly visits with Dr. Conlin several years ago because I was sole caregiver for my husband who required 24/7 care. I didn't anticipate getting to see her so quickly when I called for the appointment. After I explained to Dr. Conlin the reason for my absence, she asked how he was doing. Dr. Conlin has always listened to my comments during chemo and since. I kept a journal during during chemo and she made adjustments that made my treatment much easier to tolerate after I told her my observations after each chemo treatment.
