It was clear she had thoroughly reviewed my records before our meeting, and even though I was a little nervous since I'd never had a surgery consult before, she immediately put me at ease with her clear explanations and thoughtful questions. She outlined practical steps I can take to improve my health and showed sound professional judgment by stating directly that surgery was not recommended at this time. I left the appointment feeling confident, well-informed, and very grateful. I honestly wish she could be my regular doctor, not just the specialist I was referred to for this issue.
