This conversation required both of us to listen carefully and thoughtfully, and to consider the other person's perspective and frame of reference. This visit was much better than the original meeting a year ago. The third question here makes no sense. I make the decisions about my care ultimately. We had a very good discussion that included this topic. I feel much better about my relationship with Abby and the proposed direction of care. It all depends on outcomes of testing and such over a relatively short period of time. Then we can discuss longer term directions.
