The initial experience with the department was unpleasant as I was originally scheduled with a provider that didn't have availability based on my work schedule, even though I'd requested to be established with a provider who worked Thursdays. I was happy when Dr. Kruper agreed to take over my treatment due to my work schedule. She was very compassionate and listened to my concerns while promoting self care throughout the appointment
