I had an excellent experience with Dr Bontempo. There was a significant wait time for my visit (60 minutes after scheduled time) but it was worthwhile. Her nurse kept me updated and staff acknowledged the delay and apologized and were sensitive to it. It would be helpful to be made aware of significant delays at check in so patients could better plan their days (ie: I had meetings I missed that I could have attended while waiting >1 hour from scheduled appointment time until when I was actually seen)
