I can't express my appreciation enough for the awesome service provided to me by Lise. I feel like I have a new lease on life. I am hearing things that I forgot were there! Not only did Lise provide the knowledge I needed to make the decision to move forward with hearing aids, but has continually been there for me through the entire process. She returns my calls and gives me the best experience I have ever had. Lise and the whole staff at Zounds make you feel like part of a family. They really do care and provide those services well after you walk out of the door. Hats off to Lise and all the folks at Zounds. You changed my life.
