“A nightmare experience”
I must say that even though Dr.Golbraykh herself is a friendly person, her stuff makes your visit to her office a nightmare: whenever you come, they can't keep an appointment schedule and the patients have to wait hours and hours before they can see the doctor. They are completely indifferent to the condition in which a patient is, to his or her needs and suffering. In addition, if you express any discontent, they start yelling at you. Like it happened to me today: the receptionist by the name Ksenia, not only yelled at me but also insulted me calling me "ignorant". I left the office crying and my blood pressure raised to the highest level. Altogether, is extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this kind of experience to anybody.
