Easy and professional. Anytime we had a question they would respond immediately Anytime we had an emergency ( broken wire etc) they would see us immediately.

Our experience was great right from the beginning. We saw Dr. Wortham a year before our daughters braces were put on. He recommended we wait a little while unless the problem was really bothering her and if so he would start correcting then. A year later we scheduled another appointment and started the process. Through the 20 month process when something would seem to be wrong they were quick to get her in to check it and fix if needed. The Dr. Wortham and the entire staff was always friendly. Dr. Wortham was so kind and gentle with my daughter. She never felt scared during the whole process.
