“She should not work with the public”
Dr. Reid refused to fill two medications for my son and I. She had a knowledge deficit on how to enter a manufactures coupon. She entered the coupon for 1 medication but not the other. She had my family and I wait 45 minutes and then stated that we would have to go to the end of the line if I wanted to use the coupon for the other medication. I asked why couldn't she use the coupon for both medications and she Stated I'm filling them and you can wait their as long as you want good luck getting it filled tonight.
