“The check-in process with the 'tablet' was annoying and time consuming.”
I presented him with a problem that he initially couldn't diagnose. What I liked best was that he told me "I don't know", but that we would work together to try and find a solution. It's unusual for a physician to say "I don't know", but I appreciated his honesty.
