“Very Comfortable”
My son saw Dr. Fazzino for a cross-bite and over-bite issue. Dr. Fazzino suggested an applicance to correct both. The Dr. and his staff were extremely patient with my young son, and very detail-oriented with me about the process, and explained exactly what would happen, and the expected outcome. Everyone in the office was very friendly, and informative. They were flexible with appointment times, and understanding if I had to reschedule an appointment. If I had questions, I always got an answer from either Dr. Fazzino or a member of his staff--many times both! The receptionist/administrator clearly explained the dental insurance component, and patiently answered all of my questions. Everyone in the office made my son (and me) very comfortable each time we came in. I do not hesitate to give Dr. Fazzino and his staff my highest recommendation.
