Veronika Gold

I provide individual and couples therapy. I am engaging, warm, and non-judgemental. My Integral Approach is informed by current research in the field of attachment, neuroscience, and mindfulness, and I am committed to helping my clients resolve their issues quickly and effectively. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, transitional issues, employment issues, and relationship issues. I help my clients feel more love, bonding, and fulfillment in their relationship and be happier in their lives. I have over 10 years of experience working internationally in the Mental Health field. I am a certified EMDR therapist, Somatic Experience (SE) for treatment of trauma, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and I am certified to teach The Realization Process. I have worked as a therapist in the Bay Area since 2008. My work history includes working at The Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center, Family Paths, Francisco Middle School, and the Marina Counseling Center. Before moving to the Unites States I worked in Japan and the Czech Republic as a relationship counselor, child counselor and in the field of drug addictions using the Harm Reduction model. I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate, dedicated and innovative in my work. I have endless interest in personal and professional growth and have a regular meditation and mindfulness practice.
