The UF Health Psychiatric Hospital offers comfort and serenity to people in crisis. Located in North Central Florida, our facility includes a child/adolescent unit, an adult inpatient addiction unit, two adult inpatient psychiatric units and a geriatric psychiatric unit. Each patient will be assessed and treated on an individual basis by a team of multidisciplinary physicians and health care experts. The treatment plans aim to identify problems, interventions and goals designed to help facilitate the patient's return to their community. We offer inpatient treatment services, including detox, and we provide care for substance abuse disorders and addiction, dual diagnosis, psychosis, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety and other severe mood disorders.
