UF Health provides advanced cardiothoracic and vascular surgical care to Volusia County. Our board-certified physicians reside in the Daytona Beach area and care for patients at our UF Health Heart and Vascular Surgery - Halifax Health practice. They perform surgeries at Halifax Health, however, as UF faculty members, they travel periodically to operate with the cardiovascular and vascular teams at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
