Transformative Health Center provides compassionate care via medical marijuana evaluation and approval for Louisiana patients with a history of a qualifying condition. Patients can be evaluated by Dr. Rome Sherrod III either in-person or via the secure, online telehealth portal from the comfort of your own home. During the evaluation, Dr. Sherrod will take the patient’s previous medical history and present conditions into consideration for a Louisiana medical marijuana card recommendation. If approved for medical cannabis use, patients may receive help with the Louisiana Medical Marijuana Program registration process.

“I felt compassion and empathy that made me know this Dr. is patient oriented.”

Nothing short of what would be hope for when one has documented their experiences, outlooks and diagnosis medically. Dr. Sherrod makes this process seamless. He is so easy to talk to and he doe teleconference. I highly recommend his services as a Physician who respects holistic medical properties That can change the condition faced daily by patients and does not vilify the plant.
