Since 1982, the Transplant Center at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center has provided exceptional care to patients referred for heart, lung, kidney and liver transplantation, as well as implantation of left ventricular assist devices (LVAD). Our program provides a complete continuum of patient care, from initial counseling to post-transplant medical follow-up.
The key to our transplant surgery program's success is the experienced team, which includes highly skilled surgeons, specialists, transplant coordinators, social workers, financial counselors, pharmacists, dietitians, rehabilitation specialists, circulatory support specialists and other highly qualified health care professionals.
